On Language by Roman Jakobson, Linda R. Waugh (Editor), Monique Monville-Burston (Editor) (1995)  Collection of linguistic writings by arguably the greatest linguist of all time. Although Jakobson was Russian by origin he seriously started his career in Prague in the late 1920s and is often associated with the Prague school although he moved to the US after WWII and successfully continued his career there.
